The Role
As a Founding Software Engineer, you will be a core part of our early team, working directly with the founders to shape our product, technical architecture, and engineering culture. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a builder who thrives on ownership and wants to solve complex, real-world problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Build core product features across the full stack.
- Develop complex travel workflows involving trips, bookings, and automated policy enforcement.
- Integrate global supplier APIs and external travel services.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows, including tool-calling and validation logic.
- Collaborate on product strategy and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback.
- Design and work on internal AI models.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data models.
- Comfortable working across the full stack when necessary.
- Product-minded engineer who loves shipping high-quality code to solve user needs.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and startup hustle.
- Excited by AI agents, travel tech, and building a company from the ground up.
- Experience with Go is helpful but not required; experience with B2B SaaS or AI is a plus.
