We aim to minimize data collection and do not intentionally collect more information than is necessary for the service.

  • We do not use unnecessary tracking cookies.
  • We do not intentionally send direct identifiers such as name or email address to AI models.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, respond to inquiries, operate product features, maintain security, and improve the quality and reliability of Wandvia.

  • Provide and maintain the platform.
  • Support travel planning and related product features.
  • Monitor performance, reliability, and abuse prevention.
  • Communicate with you about your account, requests, or product updates.

3. AI Services and Processing

Wandvia uses a combination of our own AI models and selected third-party AI services made available through Azure to power parts of the product.

When AI features are used, we take steps to minimize, sanitize, and anonymize data before it is processed where reasonably possible. We do not intentionally send personal information to AI models, and standard model inputs are designed to exclude direct identifiers such as name, email address, and similar personal details.

In some cases, users may choose to include personal information in direct messages or other free-form inputs. When that happens, we apply security and sanitization measures before content is sent for model processing.

  • We use data minimization and anonymization practices for AI requests where possible.
  • We do not use user personal information to train our own AI models.
  • We do not provide user personal information to third-party AI providers for their model training.

4. Third-Party Services

We may rely on trusted infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, and AI service providers to operate Wandvia. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and subject to applicable contractual, technical, and security controls.

Where AI services are involved, our intent is to limit shared data to the minimum necessary for the requested functionality and to avoid sending direct personal identifiers.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, sanitization, monitoring, and secure service architecture.
